Awful uiz show answers 24-09-2024

 On today Pointless, contestants were asked to name a British Prime Minister or a French Presidential. One gave Neil Kinnock as an answer. For all his efforts Kinnock was never Prime Minister.

 The death has been announced of Chris Serke. His CV included reading the letters on Points of View presenting the quiz show Runway and the show At The Deep End where his undertook to many difficult jobs.

Kenneth Cope (1931-2024)

 The death has been announced of Kenneth Cope. Best known for a ghostly private dectecvie in Randall and Hopkirk (decased). His other TV work included Conoration Street, Minder and Bergerac. On the big screen he appeared in an  number of Carry on films.

The voice that was

 The death has been announced of James Earl Jones. He provided the voice of  cinema's most iconic bad guy Darth Vader. As well being a much lauded stage actor, other films he worked included The Hunt for Red October, Conan the Barbarian and the original version of The Lion King.

The man behind the mouse

 The death has been announced of Brian Trueman. In a diverse career he prevented, wrote did voice over work for Tv shows. It is in the latter two fields he was best known for. At Cosgrove -Hall projections he both wrote and provided voice over work for such shows as Danvermouse, Wind in the Willows and Count Duckla to name just three.
