While the ice melts
Somewhat remarkable scenes happened at a Channel 4 televised leaders debate on the environment last night. Both Prime Minster Boris Johnson and Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage did not turn up and their places were taken by melting ice pieces. However off camera Government minister Michael Gove accompanied the Prime Ministers father Stanley tried to take the Conservative place was turned back. This has lead the Conservatives lodging a complaint with broadcasting OFCOM about the matter. Some have expressed concern at the future of Channel 4 as it's broadcasting licence comes up for review in 2024. The Prime Minister has also come in criticism for not being interviewed by Andre Neill who is regarded as the toughest interviewer working today. We shall see if the interview happens.
