Monochrome is making a comeback

A curious trend has taken place, the rise of black and white versions of coloured films. The trend began by accident when a black and white print of Mad Max: Fury Road was sent to composer Junkie XL, the film's director George Miller was impressed by how the film looked that he asked the studio Warner Bros if the black and white version could be released and it was.
