After 6_years as just an online service BBC3 is returning to linear television. In it's first period as a TV channel it faces criticism. On one infamous occasion then BBC Director General Mark Thompson went on Radio 4 Today programme to be interviewed by guest editor Baroness PD James who took him to task over the output of the channel citing such examples as Bitter than my Daughter. Despite being the home of such popular programmes as Gavin & Stacey, BBC3 became an only online service. However it still make a Mark with the likes of Fleabag. One of the first night shows is RuPaul''s Drag Race UK versus the World which has a programme description that would make the late Baroness James eyes pop.
