Where is Boris?

Last night saw a live debate between 5 of the candidates for the Conservative Party Leader and Prime Minister of Great Britain.The one missing candidate was runaway favourite Boris Johnson with an empty lectern taking his place. Johnson's excuse was that he was busy preparing for another debate on Tuesday. Despite his non showing Johnson is still over whelming favourite.
