The death has been announced of Dennis Waterman. An actor with 2 iconic roles to his name in the form of George Carter in The Sweeney and Terry McCann in Minder. A child actor Waterman's took in stage and screen. He also sang the theme tune to some of the shows he appeared in,a fact lampooned by Little Britain.
